If you have other emulators in the same place you had this one and they launch then this should work:

1) Take all your games out of the PCSCDS folder (Either move them or FTP them to your comp) or it is faster to move them to another place on the same drive.
2) Delete the whole Emulator
3) Go into the SAVES folder on E:\ and then delete the PCSX.Score (Or whatever that folder is named)
4) Go into the MS dashboard and delete the game save under the same name from there as well
5) Go to XBINS and download PCSXBOX v.19
6) Place it in the same place you had it before

If that doesn't work or you do not have all you're emulators in one folder on you're XBOX then you should.
Create a folder called EMULATORS and place it either on the F or G drive then make .cut files

I have all my emulators set up like this:
The path for my emulators is as follows:
G:\Emulators

The path for my emulator icons is as follows:
G:\Emulators\Emulator Icons

The path for my .cut files is as follows
F:\Games\Emulators

I hope this was helpful
