Troubleshoot: Hdd Unusable After Ndure Copying

Ok so a helping hand from the IRC thought me several ways to get the HDD back working.

1) Use a chipmod like Aladdin XT and then use a software loaded from the dvd drive, like Autoinstaller Deluxe

2) Switching from Error 21 to Error 11 or 12. While in Error11/12 the HDD is in an unlocked state.

2nd choice sounded right to me, i disconnected the dvd drives IDE, while the HDD is connected. Error message #12 popped up and i thought ok, it should be unlocked now. But wrong again. No idea why, but the xboxhdm loader always quoted disc is locked.
