Hi,

I get an email every time someone posts a new topic in "Newbie Chat." I will probably get one when I post this topic. I checked my subcribed forums and topics, and I don't have any. Therefore, I shouldn't be getting these emails because I am not subscribed to it.

How do I turn this off? It's an annoyance.

go to My Controls at the top of the page and select "view forums" under the
"subscriptions" header. then select this forum and click on unsubscribe.

That's the problem. There are no forums listed. I have done this already. I'm not subscribed to anything, but I still get the emails.

Oh geez that must suck like 5 topics an hour to. I would PM a mod or something.

Gmail groups the emails, so it isn't too bad. I'll pm Chancer, it seems like he can get things done.

Sent you back a PM hope it works ok.
Go into My Controls then Email settings
Put a tick in the box at the bottom where you can choose your e-mail preferences.
Drop the options box down and selcet No Email Notification
