Is it possible to flash an XBit from MacOS X?

No. You might be able to run the application through a windows emulator, but im almost certain that there would be some issues with it - the program run properly on PCs.

I'm not sure I want to risk running it in an emulator in case the USB ports behave unpredictably and kill the XBit. Is there a chip with an official MacOS flashing utility?
