If it was locked with ConfigMagic originally you could try the master unlocking password: "TEAMASSEMBLY" and, according to this thread, you can also try that with xboxhdm (see Heimdall's posts).

If xboxhdm was used to unlock/lock it originally the posts I've found say the master password "XBOXSCENE" can be used too. I'd try both.

No experience of this myself just passing on the links/info I would have used if I needed the sort of help you're looking for.
