Update: I fixed it; The ide cable has a tear in it :C My pile o' shizzle dell has semipermanently donated its IDE cable to it. Oddly enough it still boots to the xbox dashboard despite that I never made a backup and installed the softmod. o_O


Having another problem but it is unrelated and I will post it in another thread.
