Need Tutorial To Backup Xbox Games

read the tutorials from the main page on this website. and if you want to "back-up" originals you are going to need a dvd burner, otherwise you might as well just download the cd versions of some games. or you could buy a new hard drive and put it in and run the games from there. and not all kinds of media will read on your xbox, you will need to experiment with different kinds. once you get a dvd burner or a new hard drive you might want to get evolutionx off of IRC.

Hi,

Yeah I've read the guide and seems quite risky as I've heard that some people have completely messed up their xbox and it is quite a hassle as the original xbe file has to be restored everytime you want to play a game or watch a dvd.

Is there a direct way of buring an xbox game (the same way as burning a music cd).

I only have a HP cd writer, is this good enough or do i need a dvd writer.
