Turning Dvd Music Video's To Xmv Files?

I'm trying to figure out how to rip my KoRn dvd videos so I can use them as backgrounds.  I was trying to use UnleashX Video Skin Creator 2.0...but it seems to only want to convert .avi files...

Are there any other programs that could help me? <
