Topspin Problem Loading

Hi there, I have a backup up copy of TopSpin Tennis, that is a PAL versio (live in PAL region)
The disk works fine, on the TV, but I need to get it to work in NTSC mode as I have a VGA adapter, which only works in NTSC mode.

So far I have fixed a few games i.e TW 2004 but was wondering if there was a fix for Top Spin Tennis to convert it to NTSC from PAL.
