Xbox Reboots Three Times

I installed the chameleon with EvoxM7 bios flashed and when I booted the xbox it rebooted three times and then stayed on with a flashing red and orange light on. I then pulled the chip out and turned the xbox back on and it did the same thing. Nothing is on the screen either.
