Applying Trainers?

ok, so i download a trainer (its in a .zip file), i unzip the files, then what. i have searched and there is no guide or tutorial about how to apply them to your games. i dont need to know how to make one, just how to use one

You need to get the latest version of evox, put the .etm in c:\trainers, make sure TSR_TYPE = 1, and you might to have IGR on, then select "Trainers" in the menu, select your options, start the game.
