I think i might have to sell my xbox in order to get an xbox 2. But i really would like to keep it b/c i have alot of stuff on here (xbox). A bunch of apps and games and stuff; not to mention my xenium modchip.

Can you sell modded xboxes on Ebay? Or do they not allow you to do that.

i have no ide ablut the ebay thing sice i never used it (im swedish)
but i think if you use your xbox as a media center you shuldent get rid of your xbox untill they have figured out a way to hack xbox2.

shit, i bought this thing from best buy where i can trade in my xbox for an xbox 2 for 15 bucks extra... the only problem is that my xbox is heavily modded... paint job, windows, etc...

at the time i bought the "offer" i hadnt known i would mod my box

well thats a pain in the ass. im going to hang on to me xbox untill atleast i can get an xbox2 chipped and all that stuff. i got a 120gb hard drive full of games, and i dont really want to part with them.
do you reckon you will be able to copy the games you got from your xbox hdd to the hdd in teh xbox2? i think thats the onyl way i would sell em xbox

I think it was said somewhere that the xbox2 will use a solid state drive, so you won't be able to upgrade the HD and put all your games/apps on it.

I won't sell my xbox, i always keep my consoles even if they just gather dust.
I'm gonna wait till the prices drop and the modding/hacking becomes more common...

the xbox was actually my first proper console, so i havn't really been able to hold onto any in the past. im pretty sure i will keep it though, especially if theres no backwards compatibility.

I doubt I will sell my xbox because Its basically a Media Center, and I have a whole lot of Roms. Plus, It looks good.

if you don't have the money fir it, just play for xbox at home and xbox 2 at a friends house for a year and get the system for way cheaper, maybe wait two years. i did for xbox and it only cost me 200CAD as opposed to the opening price of 500CAD
