Multiple Rss Feeds?

I am currently using the Xbins RSS News Feed, but would also like to display the X-S Feed 1 as well.  Is it simply a matter of adding the url to config.xml?  If so, how will it alternate between the two feeds (I only want one displayed at once)?  Is this even possible?
