I'm also new to Xbox modding. My Xbox is due back to me from System-Mods with a Xecutor 2.3Pro in the next few days.

Once I get this disc, I'll first need to install a bios correct? The Bios update is not included on the disc is it? After installing the bios, then I just boot from this install disc and things are easy from there? Let me know.
