Have 40gb Ps3 Cechgo3 With Dead Blue Ray Drive

hi, i know theres 2 versions of ps3 drives the old version with 1 laser that does all (blue ray, dvd, audio) and the newer version have 2 lasers (1 for blue ray, 1 for dvd & audio).

 

But what version is inside my ps3? because i'm wondering what ps3 blue ray laser will fit my ps3.

p.s. is there any site that lists ps3 models / hd gb models and what drive versions are inside them and what ps3 blue ray lasers fit each ?
