Ps3 Problem Reading Blu-ray (error 80010017)

I am having the same error as on the following link



I have tried - format/replace HDD = not working. Also try activate/deactivate in account management = not working
Replace new Lens give me the same result. The bluray game doesn't run at all keep getting this error, but for bluray movie would load only sometime and then freeze. Can anyone give me a suggestion please? Sending back to sony isn't my option.
