If you own a Zune, version 2.5 of their software is now available for download. It has a bunch of new features - including TV and Movies on the Zune Marketplace. The Zune folks have posted a list of the new features on Zune.net.

You can either download the software directly, or you'll be prompted for an update the next time your open your Zune software.

About fucking time.

On another note, does anyone know if any service has Sopranos episodes for sale? Neither iTunes or Zune have them. I even tried the free trial of NetFlix to see if their video streaming thing had them -- it didn't. I refuse to subscribe to the HBO channel or buy DVDs.

Meh, doesn't change the look of the Zune much. I was hoping they'd bring back the equalizer from the 1st generation Zune. More options for connection wirelessly with 360 would be nice.

I updated my Zune 30 to 2.5 and all is fine. I still can't access the Zune marketplace as i live in the UK...i was hoping the next update would remove that restriction but it wasn't to be.

Anyone know of a workaround?
