I could be wrong but I think that's just a fan project. I don't think anyone is actually selling something like that.

I have the book, the N64 isn't covered, just the Atari 2600 to the PS1.  Nonetheless, it is a great read, and provides a cool use for those (hundreds of) old systems rotting away in my basement.
