Does this mean that ICE will be going after the individuals that purchased modchips or had a system modded from these stores?

It seems like they have all the information they need (such as invoices, items purchased, quantities, shipping information, credit card, etc.) from the seized computers and records. The following link is what they were looking for and these seem pretty common.
