I did not get mine for free I waited 15 hours outside of best buy for mine in the freezing cold....I called tech support, they sent me a pre addressed box and said i should get my "new" xbox in 4 or 5 days.....i want bill gates to personally deliver it to my house to apologize for me waiting 15 hours for a 400 dollar red blinking light

a) bill gates doesn't even have anything to do with xbox in any shape or form.
b) you bought a defective device. boo-fucking-hoo. like there's not ever defects in other electronic devices? do you cry like that when you buy a toaster that is defective? in fact, in case of a toaster, you have to return it yourself, they don't even send you a box to ship it away for free.
