For example when u put 3 gmaes on the drive it shows in FSD, but wen u erase one of the game via computer it still show ion FSD. You have to remove it through FSD and when you put the game back on the drive then you have to redownload the cover.
Is there any dash similar to FSD that has cover and box art that only disaplays the games on the drive?
FSD indexes the hard drive and then stores references to the games in a database file. If you manually FTP into the Xbox and delete the game files the reference to their existence still exist in the FSD database. You can as you said delete it from FSD, or if you want you can clear your game databases (it's in the options) and then force a rescan of the hdd and then you'll only see games of the attached newly scanned HDD>
