RGH (glitch) is another form of jtag your console.

Their is really no way of "backing" up your console.

Only true way of getting ban is to go live with your hacked console.

Hacking has alot of risk one of the main and fatal risk is getting your console ban.

So do some much needed research, weight out the benefits of jtag console and the risk.
