I am guessing its on a hacked console? Are you using  a hacked default.xex for that game?

check your game paths in the settings: maybe you've got it set to assign a folder to homebrew.

reset your fsd install and rescan & reimport.

if you're not willing to do this, you can always move the games manually either via fsd's http interface or via fsd itself.

I completely uninstalled my FSD, reinstalled the game from disc, same issue. Folder I am using is set to 'auto' instead of specific game types.

I suppose it might be a hacked .xex when I load the game onto my PC HDD. I initially was going to convert it to GOD, then I decided against it.

Regrettably I think I will just live with the issue unless someone has an idea of what I can do.

Also, is there a .xex editor like there used to be for .xbe? I used to use .xbe renamer regularly but there's nothing similar I can find for the .xex
