Ch2r And H2edit Problems

everytime i try to run ch2r or h2edit i get the exact same error and cant run either program
anyone know how to fix this?

download the .net framework from the microsof t website

The .NET framework is what you need for applications build in C#, VB.NET or any other .NET language.
The new Ch2r should tell you about it when you run the setup and don't have the needed framework.
