First, your Xbox needs to be connected to your Laptop.

Then you need to FTP transfer the files over to your Xbox.

Or you could use a FTP program such as FileZilla

Most of the emulators can be downloaded at emuxtras.net

Get the emulator you want, extract it, then transfer it's folder to your Xbox. Usually located at E:\Emulators
