The CPS3 CD-ROM discs contain only the ROM files, I think in Asia they didn't even use the CD-ROM, the ROMs were already loaded on the board.  The sound is stored in ROM files in the form of samples played just like in CPS1/2 Q Sound games.  Everything is encrypted though and that's why there is no emulator yet.

The XBOX should have no problem emulating CPS3 if it was decrypted, virtual memory can be used.

damm im tristy to play sf3 on pc or even xbox, i wish they just port sf3 forxbox  i dont know why they dont

I think he means wish they (Capcom) ported SF3 (like Capcom Vs. SNK 2 EO) to XBox.

WHAT I MENT WAS WHY DONT THEY MAKE A SF3 FOR THE XBOX I DONT MEAN A EMU I MEAN THE GAME IF THEY BROUGHT CAPCOMVS SNK AND THEN MARVEL VS CAPCOM2 THEN WHY NOT SF3

you'd have to be pretty good to suck the data off of that one.

I wouldn't consider myself pretty good but I've ripped data from GD-Roms it not hard at all.

Check Boob.co.uk or dcemulation all you need is a DC and a broadband adapter (Or homemade pc cable) or the little known network adapter (same thiing as the broadband adapter I think) and the right software. They could use a Proprietary file system but they probably don't.
