I gotta get my info submitted again because i had bought a house and all my info on file with them is still at my parents.  This year they sent the badge to my parents house and i had my wife go get my badge for me.  I guess on the way home the letter flew out her car window!  Well i was going crazy trying to find out how i can get a replacement since this years was so important with the new xbox and everything. Well aparently about a week or two later it showed up at my parents house on their porch. It was dripping wet and looks like it had gone through quite a bit!!  I cant beleive someone saw it and actually dropped it off at my parents house.  Well thats my interesting story and this next event im gonna be sure to put my home address on file with them so that doesnt happen again.

for the people here who are going to E3... how are you qualifying to get in? Its supposed to be industry only (and we're lobbying for stricter guidelines).

it wasn't a request as to how to get in... I qualify on ALL counts... I was asking HOW other people were qualifying as "working for walmart" should not qualify but somehow does?

I'm simply trying to get a feel for the most common form of entry. On several industry forums (developer only) there are discussions regarding the extremely crowded nature of E3 for the past 2 years... this year they are bringing in specific early hours for specific sectors of the industry... what we are attempting to do is get retail employees not involved in actual purchasing removed from the qualifying list... this made up 50% of last years attendees...
