Heres the update version 0.2
A lot has changed for the better....

I have included a background colours folder inside the media folder - So you can manually select a white or black background if you want.

Use the white-mode button in skin options to change the font white or black!

I have also included my rssfeeds.xml if you want to use it -  Its set up for dual rss feeds - just copy it into xbmc/userdata folder

There is only two themes now default & vista
#the old themes from version1-X-cite release wont work!


Changes#
Music info, ratings, favourites, busy, etc etc... I have brought all the xml's up to date

Thanks for this fun looking Skin.
Pls pls add normal wide icons. I use alot of wide icons, takes time to scroll down with big wide icon setup.

Go to skin options - Media options -and Enable background visualizations in special2 music view...
Then make sure you have your visualizations turned on, to something like saville or milkdrop or whatever...

Then use special 2 view in music files or music library to see it

i really love this skin as well, exept the homescreen, so if the new view dont have the menybar at the bottom this is really sweet (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I'm probably missing something, so apologies if I'm being stupid.

I uploaded your lovely skin, switched over to it in appearance and then dropped back the the home page.... I only see a lovely background and some small icons in the top left of the page. The only icon that does anything is the mute button.

Any ideas

Sorry Guys but this Extra Home view type wont be ready until I release X-cite_V0.3!

At the moment I have It finished for 16X9 - but I have to relocate and change the skin option like Rss, Weather etc to suit the new view..
So that the positioning for the gadgets etc can function with both old-desktop and new-media view after that I have to do 4:3 Resolution, then test for bugs and it should be ready

The Up and Down blinking arrows can be turned off from a switch in skin options If people want to keep the look of the skin cleaner
