Only A Black Sreen ... Help Please

Hello all
i have made exactly as it is described in the how to , to load linux in the 360 , but the only thing i get is a black screen.
i have here a 360 with kernel version 4532, hitachi lg drive flashed and booting backups, patched king kongs dvd.
i put the dvd , starts to spin but no image in the screan, the xbox seams to hang because when i hit the eject button the tray opens but it does not go to the dashboard.
the xbox is conected to a full hd lcd by component cable , and have also a hard drive .
Any help is apreciated

Yes, that was the problem , i Dl before the pack in the pinned sectuion , and the result was everytime black screans, Dl the shader from the topic above and light ! now i have a 360 running Linux
