Need Help Making Dash Skin For Ms Dash

Need help on making the following image for my MS dash to replace that ugly green one, if someone could create this as a MS dash image or tell me how exactly to do it I would really appreciate it:

are you talking about hacking the m$ dash or making a nexgen skin? If so your in the wrong forum mate.

yeah I mean hacking the M$ dash sorry I thought I was in the right forum when I saw for the title of this XdashOs I thought it was the same as the M$ dash.
