Copying Games From External Hdd To Xbox Hdd

Hi
I know that this topic has been discussed, but I tried everything, I still don't know how..
I have an Xbox Jtag/rgh with freestyle 3. I have some games as iso files, I used xbox backup creator to rip them , copied them to an external hard drive formatted FAt 32 , but I want to install and run  them from the xbox hard drive. Can anybody tell how in a newbie detailed description. Many thanks in advance.
