i cant actually get xlink working with 7 at all....
once it gets to the progress bar on the installer itkeeps saying "the systm administator has set policies to prevent this installation"

 can sumone tell why im stuck?
i got that windows 7 starter disc thing and sum loader thing to stop it expiring,
i dont  really know what im doing or anything but xbc is working fine, is
there a setting or box i can uncheck?

as for this right click on the xlink installation icon and click run as administrator that should help.... if not disable UAC

i DOnt think its a Win 7 problem!
I have been able to use Kai flawlessly with win 7
