I have a 360 that is banned by microsoft from live and I want to buy brand new 360ELITE (un-modded), and because I don't want to download movies or music from Marketplace so I don't need 120GB, want to change my old 20GB(have a lot of saves) with this new one, but I don't know if I change that there is Violations in terms of use or Will I Banned again by doing so or not?
If you know what should I do PLZ tell me.

there is also another question: I have two other brothers that we used to play with that modded console, I bought 2100 points and downloaded UltimateMK3, as long as I remember Microsoft told that anyone on first console have rights to play that game. I want to know that if I put that HDD on ELITE, is it count az second console or thay still have rights to play that game?
