hey all iam totally new to the xbox scene and i just have a simple (i hope) question i recently was thinking of backing up all my Xbox1 games so i made images burned them to discs etc went fine i updated my 360 for compatibility and tried to run half life (the backed up one) and got the following

This original Xbox game has encountered a problem and cant continiue etc...  and they then forward me to the support page

i also got this error message

X: 3921.0 B:1884.0

as far as i know my 360 is a first or second gen one with the latest updates etc..

also a friend of mine that is abit upto speed with these things told me to change some stuff in my dvd writer's driver something about bits couldnt really follow what he was on about but if you guys know i would be thankfull
if you could forward me to a topic or guide that helps me with these things

what did you make the images with?

what size were they?

 is your 360 modded?

Also I think you need to create xbox 1 backups the same way you would for an xbox 360 (Dual layer discs and security sectors etc etc) if you want them to work.

Yep Xbox 1 games have to be ripped and created using the same media and methods as the 360 games. You can't make working backups of using the Xbox 1.
You do obviously need to Mod your 360 first.
