No, I have a Belkin USB keyboard and it does not work. Not for the dash or MCE. I think we should start a new post for people to add things that are compatible. I bought it for my Xbox 1 and it works great.

cheapest one i found is for the ps2 called the ps2 powerboard or sumthin, so i thought id try it. it works fine.

Anyone have any trouble with USB keyboards?

Had an old one lying around and been using that for messaging. Works a treat.

Started using it around the same time the last dash update came out and found the 360 would randomly turn on by itself, at first I assumed the update had f*cked up but removing the keyboard (i.e just plug it in when I need to and not leave it plugged in) solved the problem.

I have a ps2 keyboard and it wont work on my 360. also, though, it wont even work on my pc. i think my friend did something to it cause' it used to work. i plug it in and nothing!

..I just bought a cheapo Belkin keyboard.. ($12-$14) and it works fine on the 360

I have a keybaord that is made for ps2, but is USB, and it works fine. The only thing that doesn't work is the number pad.

..are you telling me you can play your xbox360 like a computer, and plug in a wireless keyboard and mouse and play it like that or what?

no the keyboard will NOT work on games

i have a wireless keyboard and mouse the keyboard is usb but i dont c the need for a keyboard on my 360 since i got a headset so i have yet to try it, its a cheap-o that i got from wal-mart so im assuming that it will work

i think it would attract alot of PC users, if they could plug in kayboards and mice and play it as a computer game.
