Stupid Question, But I Was Just Wondering.

Is there any chance of the current xbox apps running on the Xenon Xbox360 developer kits? I don't know much about xbox XDK's so I did'nt know if you had to sign the apps for the xbox dev kit or you could just run anything, much like a modded xbox. It would be awsome if some of the SmartXX, and probobly Team Executor, are working on next gen applications for the xbox360 already.
