it could be miswired somehow....see if you can find the proper diagram for the VGA cable

I did this mod a while ago with that guide and did the twisted pairs as advised, it appears you have just done them straight?

hey guys,some one told me that i need to check with multi meter that theres actually some Ampers flowing around the wires,so what is the best way to do it?,it just hard to work without fans in the upwards side.

Checked with multimeter for short circuit,but no there is no short circuit (i checked three times),but still no respond.i guess the wires is just not set correctly,right?.or is it because i tried too much times (like 5) and it seems to be a little burned...

don't hijack threads either =/, watching your video you suggest it could be because the cable is not VGA TO VGA I would try on a spare monitor or CRT at least.  You might just need to reset your VGA resolution using the controller..

No edit button here but i upload here a high resolution picture of my board,look at the legs of the video output they are a  bit burned up.this is because i did it like 10 times(and burned couple wire isolators).
