Most TVs don't have optical inputs, it's kind of pointless since you're not going to find a TV with built-in 5.1 or 7.1 surround speakers. You can buy the MadCatz HDMI adapter, the video is going to look exactly the same, but you'll be able to use an HDMI cable. I believe it's about $80 or $90, and it includes the cable. You can buy it at Best Buy and possibly GameStop too.
