Are Third Party Vga Cables Capable Of Full Hd Output?

That cable should operate the same as the offical MS VGA lead, I bought one when I fist got my Xbox it was only a few quid so I doubt it was the offical one but the picture was superb, you couldn't fault it.

I have the Intec VGA and 2 VGA cables by Monster Cable, and I can't tell the difference between them and the MS one. HD DVD and 5 movies from Best Buy? Even though it's obsolete now, that's still a good deal. Maybe I'll pick one up today or tomorrow.
