Rolling Lines On My Lcd Monitor!

this happend to my friend with his vga cable he bought for his 360
he told me he saw litle white lines (this has even happend to me)
make sure that its screwed in tight on the monitor and that the cable has no holes
usually the lines are caused from air in the line
