Well, you are either talking about the older 2005FPW, or the new 2007FPW monitors.   Both of those have multiple inputs.   All you need to do to make this easy is just make sure when you build your PC, that the video card has a DVI out.   Then, just use the DVI input on the monitor for the PC, and the VGA input for the Xbox 360.   Problem solved without the need for a KVM.

For the audio, it depends on which speaker system you have, and how many inputs it accepts.   Which system from Creative is it exactly???

I have these speakers Creative I-Trigue 3300 2.1. Ok I forgot about those dual inputs on monitors now. I found this Game Console Adapter Convert last night http://www.amazon.co...glance&n=172282

Only thing is I will have to go behind the computer and plug in the green headphone jack when I want to use this with the computer. A small inconvenience.
