Tv With Both Componant And Vga Hook-up

Well... the xbox 360 comes with components and the vga cable is something like $40.  I would just use components.

Modulated RF < Composite < S-Video (S-VHS) < Component < RGB (SCART) < VGA (DVI-A) < HDMI (DVI-D)

you get better quality the further to the right you move... Everything from Component and beyond supports ED and HD, the rest only support SD

He said it looks like a smiley face, so I'm guessing he means S-Vid, not Vga.

Go component, since they come with the console and are better than s-vid.

Here is a link to the mitsubishi sitehttp://www.mitsubishitv.com/televisions/details.asp?id=54

Wait a sec!  I linked the WRONg TV.   I crawled behind my TV to make sure it had a vga port on it (which it does) and I noticed it was the 2004 model  WS 65513 not the one listed on the mitsubishi site. I linked the correct manual here.

THis is the manual that I have that came w/ my tv. Can somebody make some sence of it for me.  I'm going crazy w/ this over this stupid cable.   blink.gif  uhh.gif

pages 13 and 87.

thanks

dude, forget about vga. Your tv has DVI which I'm told is at least a gazillion times better seriously that is one pimp tv. hook it up with dvi and your friends can bow down to your high def glory. w00t  beerchug.gif  Hopefully m$ has a DVI cable out there. If not, ya got vga too.
