If You Cheat?

If you cheat and it stops you from getting achievements, is that for the rest of the game even if you restart the system or do I have to restart the entire game over and just not cheat at all?  I only did it to get some money to pimp my ride lol.

as long as you do not save while the cheat is activated you should be ok
