dont quote us,

always remember, noone knows how m$ is going to ban,
your 360 may store the info if ya have played on live with a hacked 360 and send it to them when there ready to drop the ban hammer.

so all ya can do is expect to get banned if ya do.
So when that guide slides over and says
You have been banned. all ya can do is say ohwell shit happens.

me, i keep thinking about flashing, but i would rather wait now to see what and how m$ will be banning.
its not like i have $400.00 to keep dropping lol.

Because MS banned people with modified original XBoxen.

To my knowledge no, but a recent kernel update killed machines that had mismatched DVD version versus console manufacturing date or serial number.

Who knows. Maybe they are just collecting information and will kill machines before a major event (Halo 3 launch?) Maybe they haven't figured out how to collect the information yet. Maybe they don't care (yet).

When it happens, there are going to be a whole lot of unhappy people. I won't be one of them because I want to run Linux, not play games.
