along with the line of thought about multiple ISO's on a DVD drive, the option to read the ISO off the HD would be an excellent alternative also !!

most ppl are runnin anything up to 441G with a min of 10G

- so it would be excellent (like xbox iso's) if you could just copy all the games to your PC, then to ur XBOX

just a thought biggrin.gif

yeah that would be nice i was thinking the same thing too... Since i have a thompson drive i thought i would be out of luck, but extracting the files onto the hdd similar to how umm xbox --homebrew-- games are would be a very nice addition....

Well, the project, is currently at its peak. We have several people working on it, and everyones doing a great j0b. We will be looking for beta testers, right after we debug our alpha. Well keep you updated.

While we're on the PSX topic, what is the best PSX emu for the PC ? I have tried epsxe, but did not have alot of success.
Which ones have you found to be the most compatible with the most games. And which one has the best plugin support, or do they all use the same plugins ?

Regards,
KP

Sorry, but what ever happened to BLEEM?

great news LumbraX.

If i can ask a few questions, i will know, feel free to answer if you have time.

Are you going to be using the official XDK?

If so, how do you plan to publicly release it?

Also, if you're looking for beta testers, i'd love to do so, i am going to have my modchip soon, and i have a bunch of psx games also.
Thanks for your time.

Your getting a bit too personal there, don't you think e1x5x?

hmmmmmmmm! smells a bit fishy to me.

But hey, that's just me.....

On another note.

Keep up the good work guys.....

Well its being built with "Illegal" Xbox SDK.

It will be distributed to #Xbins on EFNet and on alt.binaries.cd.image.xbox.

And guys dont get me wrong. Im not main coder for this project. smile.gif Im just a small coder. Our main coder has done 97% of the work.
BenJeremy is going to be helping out alittle latter in the Project to. smile.gif So props go out to him.

(Thanks TerrorShocked for posting that news) And No its not a April Fools Joke.

The plugin that has been ported is the pseops soft gpu......it runs rather well, it would be nice if there was an opensource accelerated gpu plugin, written directx8, but this is the one that I chose.

Will it be possible to burn multiple ISO's onto a DVD-R? One DVD-R should hold 4 or 5 games...
