Sorry is there is post that covers this if so point me to it please.  Here is my problem:

Over the holidays I began ripping dvds and playing them on the xBox thru creating mpeg links to the vobs - described for example here:

I have ripped all of Lost and Heroes (all seasons) and it works fine - even now.

Since last night though: first with BattleStar Galactica I am failing: doing everything exactly the same. I ai musing dvd link as my rip software. Since last night every time I try playing on eof these new rips I get a blue screen on the xBox saying the codec is wrong or the file corrupt.

What might have happened? I have reinstall DVD shrink but to no avail.

Is there a simplier way to getting the ripped dvd playing?
