Hi (looked over the net andhopefully, this is the right place to ask my question  )
When I play recorded TV on my Xbox 360 running media center extender from my vista PC, video randomly freezes. Strange thing is that the audio still continues.
After searching a while this is what I've tried so far with no luck:
- Stop and restart/resume video
- rollback SP1
- Disable IPv6
- Lower port on my PC to match 100 Mbps speed of Xbox 360 Port
- Installed old drivers of Nvidia, Realtek and Marvell
- Tried both Network card on my PC (RealTek and Marvell)
- Uninstalled Windows Update KB 105 and 104 as suggested by certain posters

Bottom line is that none of these work... and I'd appriciate some new ideas

I tried playing the same DVR-MS files from another laptop through Media Center Vista and it worked fine.

Please help!!!

PS: my last resort is to convert each recorded files to MPEG that read OK on the Xbox 360 dashboard. Strangely, DVR-MS don't...
