.ts File ---> Wmvhd

I got a .TS file that I need to convert to WMV-HD or something similar.  I've tried using tmpgenc but Its seems to have slow playback on 360 and the audio is off (its 1080i).  The original source file plays fine so its the transcoded file.   Anyway any help would be appreciated.

Found settings that worked in Tmpgenc, however its on the 4th day of encoding.  Did a few samples and they all looked A-okay, it just takes forever.
