Constant Busy Animation When Trying To Stream Movies. Please Help.

Is there any way to get 360 media streaming to be less flaky? I'm on a wired network and sometimes my videos will load right up and play, and other times I'll get the busy animation. When I get the busy animation, I then will usually get the error message that the 360 can no longer see my computer. My regular xbox with XBMC is rock solid with no problems, and it streams videos off the same computer wonderfully. I just don't get it.  

I'm using a Linksys WRT54GL Router and the 360 sees my computer fine when I run the internal test.  Any help is sincerely appreciated.
