Recording To My Computer...help Please!

Right now i have my xbox plugged into a LCD screen via the VGA port. But i want to be able to record whats happening on my screen onto my computer. I know there are a lot of options for normal composite leads etc but i cant find any options for VGA.
To sumarise:
I want to be able to record whats happening on my VGA monitor onto my computer but still play in HD on the monitor...if that makes sense.

Any input would be really appreciated, thanks.
